Over a decade in sports media, hosting award-nominated podcasts and working in newsrooms, radio, content platforms and live TV across the UK and US (including Sky Sports, Premier League, talkSPORT, The Athletic, BBC Sport and Spotify). Founded The Cutback after identifying a consistent gap in tactical, analytical coverage of the women's game.
A women's football journalist based in the US, Theo covers the NWSL and international women's football for The Cutback and Sports Illustrated Soccer. Originally from England, he brings both a European perspective and on-the-ground access to North American women's football.
Specialising in deep-dive coverage of Arsenal Women and the WSL, Max also writes for The Halfway Line and runs his own Substack, having established himself as one of the sharper analytical voices in women's football writing since 2022.
Conner is The Cutback's Manchester United Women correspondent, with a strong track record of breaking transfer news and delivering tactical analysis. He also runs All For United WFC, an award-winning podcast with over 12,000 followers.
Andy is a co-founder of Sporteva, an investment and advisory vehicle focused on the women's sport ecosystem. Andy brings a wealth of experience in the media, sports and gaming industries in the US, UK and Europe.
